Returns should not be sent without prior authorization.
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified issue (such as incorrect or damaged item).

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item is received damaged or incorrect:
- Customers should report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Supporting photos may be required for verification
After review, a replacement, repair, or refund may be offered depending on the situation.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval
- Shipping or delivery fees may be non-refundable unless required by applicable policy or error
7. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered based on product availability. Customers should contact support to confirm options.
8. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before processing or dispatch
- Once an order has been shipped or scheduled for delivery, cancellation may not be possible
